1951 Ford Country Squire Project

This project consists of the body, chassis, and many parts to help bring this woodie “back to life.” Included is a 15+ year-old “fresh” repaired and beautifully varnished set of wood, by Doug Carr. As a result, we have a “new” set of wood with some very nice patina in it. Although the wood originally came off this car, it has not been back on it until now, as I temporarily mounted it to confirm the fit. As you can see, there is some minor fitting still needed, as some of the maple pieces were replaced. All mahogany inserts are new. We’re told that there are some 30 coats of varnish on it – and it looks like it as well. Also included are new interior door and interior side panels. 

Body includes hood, fenders, bumpers, upper & lower tailgate, dashboard, window regulators, wind wings, and more. Rolling chassis includes rear-end, and wheels/tires. Some minor body work needs to be done on the gas filler cap area.

The car has no drive train, no steering column/gear, nor any seats included.
